Development environment for gene editing research tools.

Usage

# Start a stack
cd /path/to/project && docker compose up -d

# View running services
docker compose ps

# View logs
docker compose logs -f

# Stop a stack
docker compose down

# Rebuild and restart
docker compose up -d --build
